What Do I Need To Bring To Get My License Reinstated For No Insurance?

My license was suspended for 3 months for not having insurance. I payed all fines associated with my getting caught. I think I still have to pay like 150$ when I actually get my license reinstated.
But besides my old license and proof of insurance do I need to bring anything else?
Also, my license actually expired during my suspension so will this affect anything as far as other documents I might need to bring? I live in Indiana if it matters.

autoinsurance.bebto.com – check these plans. As I know their rates for bad driving record is not such expensive as from other companies.

Proof of insurance, receipts for the fines that you paid, and the money to pay them to reissue your license. You can renew at the same time.
